Jack is the blood elf restorative pally mostly cuz I wanted most of the losties to be Horde and the Others to be Alliance. But also because he's kind of concited, selfish and (at the beggining of season 4) is engaged in addictive behavior kinda like the blood elves.

Hurley is the big Drinai (spelling) cuz he's nice to pretty much everybody, even the bad guys. \
Kate is the undead Warlock:-/ and yup that is little Aaron at her side ;-)
I made Mike a Warrior because he goes kind rage/crazy when the Others steal his son, "WAALT!!!!"]
Annie isn't a main character but she is one of my faves so I made her another drinai mage. XD
